What do you do when the population knows exactly what they want, how to chase it, and has the tools to do so?

Since the begining of intelligence in human race, lenguage has been the crucial point in evolution. Efficiency achieving new steps every time lenguage found a new way to be explored. Hand in hand, lenguage and science sculped what we know as the most intelligent species of the solar system.
